At Men Zaire, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

Order Processing

  • Orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
  • During seasonal promotions or periods of unusually high demand, processing may require additional time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8–18 business days

These delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number (when available)
  • Tracking instructions

Tracking information may require up to 72 hours to become active.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, promotional campaigns may include discounted or complimentary shipping.

Multiple Shipments

To reduce delivery delays, products purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.

No additional shipping charges will apply.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees determined by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Men Zaire cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners, unforeseen events such as customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or public holidays may affect delivery schedules.

These situations remain outside our direct control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the shipment and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the recipient or returned because of an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping expenses before reshipment.
